Dan Fritsch, PhD
Dan Fritsch is Chief Technology Officer of Polyglot Systems, Inc. He has over 20
years of experience in software development and database systems design. Prior to
joining Polyglot, he served as chief consultant with his own company and worked
as the CTO with several software startup operations. Dr. Fritsch holds a PhD in
Biomedical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and
a BS in Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
As a graduate student and later as a professor at UNC, Dr. Fritsch was involved
with computer vision research in Radiation Oncology treatment planning and delivery
under grants sponsored by the National Institutes of Health. With his background
in the healthcare environment and his technical expertise, Dan is well-suited to
managing Polyglot's challenges as we expand our software portfolio.
