R.J. Sims Preston, is an experienced attorney with an extensive background in the technology space. Prior to joining PGSI, Sims spent fourteen years as a lawyer, both in private practice and as in-house counsel for some of the world’s most dynamic and innovative companies.

Charles Lee has a varied background in medicine, medical education, and information technology. Board certified in internal medicine and previously a National Library of Medicine Fellow at the Duke/UNC medical informatics program, he has received numerous awards for his work at Polyglot.

Dan Fritsch has over 20 years of experience in software development and database systems design. Dan holds a BS and PhD in biomedical engineering, and has held CTO roles at several early-stage software companies.
